Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we hope to start shipping internationally!

Shipping time varies according to the size of the package and the destination. Shipping time is NOT included in my turnaround time. You can find our shipping policies here.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details.

If you need to cancel your order please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in production we can not cancel it.

All orders are final. Due to the made to order nature of the product we don't offer returns or exchanges. Please see our full return policy for more details.

To keep your sweatshirt looking new we recommend the following care:

• Turn sweatshirt inside out
• Machine wash with cold water
• Use a mild detergent
• Hang to air dry
• Try to avoid ironing directly on the embroidered area*

*Note: if the embroidered area is wrinkly place an iron safe fabric over it and iron carefully
